1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ROI Edge website (roi-edge.com) or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, leads, clients, and anyone else who accesses our website or receives our services.

2. Services

ROI Edge provides two categories of services:

2.1 Website Design & Development

• Custom-coded, conversion-driven website design and development
• Mobile-first responsive builds (no templates)
• On-page SEO and AI SEO implementation
• Lead capture systems, lead magnets, and form integrations
• Conversion tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM)
• Admin dashboard and lead notification systems
• Website copywriting and content strategy

2.2 B2B Appointment Generation & Client Acquisition

• Offer architecture and positioning consulting
• Paid advertising campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Funnel design and landing page buildout
• CRM setup, lead qualification systems, and automation
• Appointment setting and pipeline management
• Reporting, analytics, and campaign optimisation

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and performance targets for each client engagement are defined in the individual Service Agreement / Contract signed between ROI Edge and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed contract, the signed contract governs.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business owners, founders, and professionals representing legitimate businesses. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Website Services

• Website projects require payment as per the agreed package (starting at ₹14,999)
• Payment is due upfront or as per milestone schedule defined in your agreement
• Work begins only after payment confirmation
• All prices are in INR unless your contract states otherwise

4.2 Appointment Generation Services

• All fees are as stated in your signed Service Agreement
• Payment is due as per the schedule defined in your contract (upfront, monthly, or milestone-based)
• Overdue payments may result in a pause or suspension of services
• All prices are in USD/INR as stated in your contract

Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, or other) are the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the contract.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Website Services — 100% Refund Guarantee

For website projects: if ROI Edge fails to deliver a completed, conversion-driven website within the agreed timeline (typically 7 days) through no fault of the client, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• Client has provided all required content, brand assets, and access within 48 hours of project start
• Client has responded to review/feedback requests within the agreed timelines
• The delay is solely attributable to ROI Edge

Refund requests under this guarantee must be made in writing to hello@roi-edge.com within 7 days of the missed deadline.

5.2 Appointment Generation Services

Due to the nature of these services — which involve significant upfront work in strategy, setup, ad creation, funnel buildout, and campaign management — we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

Exceptions — when a refund or credit may apply:

• Your signed contract includes a specific refund or guarantee clause — in that case, the terms of the contract govern
• ROI Edge fails to begin work within the timeline specified in your contract through no fault of the client
• A billing error or duplicate charge was made by ROI Edge

Performance Guarantees

Where ROI Edge has made a written performance guarantee in a signed contract (e.g. a minimum number of booked appointments or website delivery within 7 days), the remedy for not meeting that guarantee is continued service at no additional charge until the target is met — or a full refund for website services — unless the contract explicitly states otherwise.

To initiate a refund request under an applicable exception, email hello@roi-edge.com with your contract reference. All requests are reviewed within 10 business days.

6. Client Responsibilities

For ROI Edge to deliver results, clients agree to:

For Website Projects:

• Provide brand assets, logos, content, and images within 48 hours of project start
• Respond to design reviews and revision requests within agreed timelines
• Provide domain and hosting access for deployment
• Clearly communicate business goals, target audience, and conversion objectives

For Appointment Generation:

• Provide accurate and complete business information, offer details, and target audience data
• Respond to communications within agreed timelines (typically 48 hours for campaign approvals)
• Grant necessary access to ad accounts, CRM, and other platforms
• Follow up with appointments delivered as per the system — we deliver appointments to your calendar; closing is your responsibility
• Not engage competing appointment generation agencies for the same service lines without prior written consent

ROI Edge is not liable for underperformance caused by delayed client responses, inaccurate information, refusal to follow recommended strategies, or market conditions outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on roi-edge.com — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and code — is the property of ROI Edge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Work product created specifically for a client — including websites, ad creatives, landing pages, copy, and strategies — as defined in the signed contract becomes the client's property upon full payment. ROI Edge retains the right to use anonymised results, screenshots, and campaign data for case studies and marketing unless the contract explicitly prohibits this.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes client business data, strategies, financials, and ROI Edge's proprietary systems and methods. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of 2 years.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and free resources (including the Million Dollar Pipeline Blueprint) are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. ROI Edge does not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Any specific result or outcome will be achieved from using our free resources
• Information on the website is always current, complete, or accurate

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROI Edge and its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our website or services
• Any errors or omissions in content on our website
• Business results or outcomes following use of our services or free resources
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ROI Edge in the 3 months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as defined in the signed contract. ROI Edge reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, India, under applicable Indian arbitration law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For active clients, material changes to Terms will be communicated via email.
